If you are not staying onsite at the host hotel and you are not a local resident, ALD may charge an
additional 30% meeting registration fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent via email to: [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be received by
February 15, 2023 in order to receive a full refund.  Cancellation requests received from February 16, 2023 thru March 15, 2023 will receive a full refund less a $150 administration fee.  No refunds will be issued after March 15, 2023.

Badges
Badges can be picked up onsite at the Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park.  Attendees must wear their badge throughout the Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park conference area at all times.  Entrance to the exhibit floor and conference rooms are strictly limited to attendees wearing a current badge.
