Part 1: Foundations in Laser Dentistry Online 5-Chapter Course (6 CEU's printable upon completion)
Part 2: Hands-on Clinical Simulation Training by an ALD Trainer - your Diode Laser Training on 10/8 meets this requirement (CE from CDLI)
Part 3: Standard Level Online Exam - 1-hour timed exam with 75 multiple choice questions (1 CEU from the ALD)

In order to complete ALD's Dental Laser Standard Level Course Certification, all 3 parts must be successfully completed within 90 days of your Part 2: Hands-on course.
